With a 3D printer in your hand, these are none of your concern.

3D printing is one of the most versatile ways to create whatever it is that you want or need. And Halloween costume is something that is super cool to 3D print and it will definitely strike up a conversation. With the celebration just around the corner, let’s take a look at some last-minute Halloween masks you can easily 3D print in just a few hours!

Oni Mask

The 3D printing community often has a great interest in a lot of mythical creatures, including those popular in Asian folklore. Among them, Oni is one of the top favorites. This famous mythical creature from Japanese folklore is often portrayed as the villain in various of different movies and animes, further strengthening his presence as an evil deity of the east. You can also use Phrozen Speed Resin to 3D print this Oni mask to easily create a last-minute Halloween costume that is both scary and stunning at the same time.

Cat Skull Mask

Another cool 3D-printed mask that could easily become your Halloween costume is this cat skull. You might need a slightly more advanced 3D printing skill to print out this cat skull mask as it consists of 20 different parts that need to be arranged after printing in comparison to the Oni mask which could easily be printed as one piece. Choose a lighter-colored resin such as the Aqua-Vanilla 8K Resin for this mask as it will make painting and final touch-up easier. And just like that, you got yourself a fantastic Halloween costume! Maybe you can also carry your cat to the party (if you have one) to add a final touch.

Decaying Skeleton Mask

Now we are getting to the creepier territory. This Decaying Skeleton mask hits the perfect spot of being creepy and disturbing enough for Halloween, yet a total head-turner. You also have the option to print out this mask as one full build or separate it into two parts for a smaller 3D printer. A pale light grey colored resin like the Aqua Snow-Gray Resin would be a perfect option to 3D print this mask. It gives you a bone-like color and is super easy to paint on to create that decaying effect.

Plague Doctor Mask

Designed with a low-poly twist, Plague Doctor is a very fitting character for a Halloween costume right after Covid-19. The Plague Doctor was a popular figure known to treat infected people during the bubonic plague. In most cases, the Plague Doctor tends to be the last person to be in contact with dying patients, therefore strengthening its connection to terror and death. You can 3D print this mask as a whole if you are printing it with a large 3D printer such as the Sonic Mega 8K. Or else, simply cut it into two parts if you are using smaller 3D printers.

There are several designs you can 3D print for this Deus Vult Helmet, the original high-poly one, the low-poly version, and one with ear gaps for your pointy-eared dogs such as Shiba, Husky, or Corgy. Although this one is not a helmet, it will be a perfect addition to your pets’ Halloween fits. It can be easily printed as a flat object without any raft or supports required. However, you might need a bigger printer or modify the models into several pieces if you are having large babies! You can easily attach these wings to their harness and use a heat gun or hairdryer to mold the wings into your intended shapes, and voila! Your own bat dog (or cat) is now ready to protect Gotham!
