Benefits

The GammaMaster® Nozzle combines a hardened alloy with a Low Gamma™ coating to deliver exceptional wear resistance and long-lasting performance. Created by Florida-based Slice Engineering, its copper-based core ensures efficient heat transfer, making it the perfect choice for printing engineering-grade materials such as carbon fiber and fiberglass.

  • Built for Industrial-Grade Materials
Designed for the ARCO hotend, the GammaMaster® handles everyday favorites like PLA, PETG, and TPU with ease. Pair it with the PentaShield, and it confidently takes on demanding industrial-grade materials such as ABS, ASA, PET, PA, PC, and carbon- or glass-fiber reinforced polymers*.

*Performance may vary depending on filament and environment. For the best results, refer to filament specifications and the ARCO user manual for optimal settings.

  • Exceptional Hardness
Crafted from a proprietary hardened alloy with a Rockwell C hardness of 63, the GammaMaster® is built to last. It’s ideal for high-strength, abrasive materials, including carbon fiber and glass fiber, giving you extended nozzle life and consistent results.

  • Anti-Adhesive Surface
Its Low Gamma™ coating features a surface energy below 30 dynes/cm, preventing excessive filament buildup. This means less downtime, easier cleaning, and more time producing flawless prints.

  • High Thermal Conductivity
With 2.7× better thermal conductivity than hardened steel, the GammaMaster® delivers heating performance on par with brass. The result? Stable extrusion and consistent print quality, even when working with industrial-grade abrasive materials.

Extreme Wear Test: 100× Longer Life Confirmed

We put the ARCO with the GammaMaster® ultra-durable nozzle through one of the toughest challenges: nonstop printing with abrasive carbon fiber and glass fiber filaments..
