安裝新 ACF 離型膜之前
在開始本教學之前，您需要了解兩件事：
- 本教學也可以作為Sonic Mighty 8K和/或其他使用類似類型樹脂桶的樹脂 3D 列印機的參考。
- 為了保護您的 3D 列印機免受損壞並減少列印失敗，我們建議使用異丙醇 (IPA) 或 95% 消毒酒精去除薄膜上的任何殘留樹脂。
如何去除舊 PFA (nFEP) 薄膜
步驟 1：用異丙醇 (IPA) 或 95% 消毒酒精清潔整個樹脂槽。請徹底清理螺絲之間的連接處。
步驟 2：使用 3 毫米內六角扳手拆下 4 個角螺絲。然後使用 2.5 毫米內六角扳手卸下底部剩餘的螺絲。
第三步：將樹脂桶放在一邊，翻轉金屬框架。
步驟 4：使用 2 毫米內六角扳手卸下所有剩餘螺絲。
步驟五：拆掉所有螺絲後，就可以拆下金屬框架了。去除金屬框架之間的舊 PFA (nFEP) 薄膜。
如何安裝新的 ACF 薄膜
步驟一：使用95%消毒酒精清理樹脂桶上殘留的樹脂。
第二步：將ACF膜放在桌上，慢慢撕下保護膜。安裝新膜時，請確保ACF膜的光面朝向樹脂槽，而霧氣面朝向液晶屏。
步驟3：依下列順序安裝新的ACF膜：
- 金屬框架之一。
- 新型ACF薄膜，頂部有光面。
- 另一個金屬框架。
步驟 4：使用 2 毫米內六角扳手將角落的 8 顆螺絲對角擰緊。然後擰緊其餘螺絲。也可以在擰緊螺絲之前用內六角扳手戳一下ACF薄膜，這樣更容易擰緊。
如何將新的 ACF 薄膜安裝到樹脂槽上
第 1 步：安裝新的ACF 薄膜 依照以下順序倒入樹脂桶中：
- 將樹脂桶倒置
- 將新的ACF膜放置在金屬框上，並確保磨砂面朝上。
步驟 2：使用 3 毫米內六角扳手將桶角上的 4 個螺絲對角擰緊。
步驟 3：然後，使用 2.5 毫米內六角扳手對角擰緊其餘螺絲。確保所有螺絲均已正確安裝。
步驟 4：確保剪掉槽周圍多餘的ACF 薄膜。
第 5 步： ACF 薄膜更換現已完成！
