Do you know that resin reaction speed decreases by 30-60% with every 10°celcius drop due to increased viscosity?

Cold temperature is often one of the main culprits of printing failure. A thicker resin will require different parameter settings than a thinner one. So when a thin resin gets thicker due to the temperature, the parameters you set will no longer be suitable, hence printing failure.

We recognize this and added a heater to the Revo, ensuring optimum temperature for all your prints.

One-Click Auto-Leveling

Further reducing the chance of human error, the Revo comes with the simplicity of a one-click auto-leveling system. Calibrate the z-axis down to the T each time, simply with a single button, all thanks to its automatic zero-point detection sensor.

User-Friendly Designs

Designed with user convenience in mind, the Sonic Mighty Revo introduces additional components to simplify the 3D printing process, particularly for beginners.

We received feedback that the built-in camera on the Sonic Mighty 8K was not working properly at night due to the lack of light, so we added a light on the Revo, making sure everything is as clear as day, even in a dark room.

To ensure the best quality and user experience, the Revo is also completed with a precision-driven ball screw for stability, a lift-up lid for efficient space usage, a sealed motor structure to prevent resin leaks, and a large 5" touch panel for straightforward and comfortable operation.

A Breath of Fresh Air – Literally

Adding a cherry on top of its impressive features, the Sonic Mighty Revo incorporates a Phrozen Air Purifier designed to adsorb resin fumes, minimizing unpleasant odors and ensuring a fresher printing environment.

Further giving you the options for better air quality even during printing, the printer features an exhaust vent on its back. Connect a hose from the vent directly to the outside to let the resin fumes flow out, minimizing the smelly odor inside.

The Power of 14K Resolution

One of the other features of the Sonic Mighty Revo is, of course, its 14K resolution screen, offering an unparalleled level of detail and smoothness.

While people argue that it may not be a true 14K due to its rectangular pixel shape, the intensity of the pixels within the LCD panel still ensures clearer and sharper details while also reducing the visibility of voxel and layer lines on the printed models.
