Designed for high-speed printing, the Bondtech CHT® Nozzle features a high-flow tri-channel core that significantly increases melting capacity. Developed by the renowned Swedish brand Bondtech, it empowers the ARCO to reach flow rates of up to 50 mm³/s — perfect for rapid, large-scale FDM printing.

    Crafted for the ARCO hotend, the Bondtech CHT® Nozzle works seamlessly with PLA (recommended with Phrozen High-Speed PLA), PETG, and TPU. Paired with the PentaShield, it takes on industrial-grade materials like ABS, ASA, and PET*.

  • CHT® Patented Triple-Channel Technology – Increased Melt Efficiency 
    Splits filament into three strands, expanding the heating surface area for faster melting and a 25–65% boost in flow rate. This technology enables smoother high-speed printing, reduces extrusion clogs and layer inconsistencies, and improves overall model quality for seamless printing.

    With advanced triple-channel heating technology, the ARCO paired with Phrozen High-Speed PLA achieves print speeds up to 1000 mm/s, acceleration up to 40,000 mm/s², and maximum flow rates of 50 mm³/s*. Perfect for cutting production time while maintaining flawless quality in large-format and rapid projects.
