Sloped Design, Faster Cleanup
The sloped surface helps resin flow back during printing, leaving less resin on top of the build plate afterward. The build plate also fits directly into the Mega Wash S for fast, automated cleaning.

A 14" LCD paired with a 302.4 × 161.98 × 300 mm build volume fits more parts per print, so large models need less splitting. Fewer print runs, fewer pieces to match, and less assembly work, giving creators, studios, and print service providers a faster path to finished pieces.
The Revo MAX's 16K resolution (15104 × 6230) captures ultra-fine detail, with anti-aliasing smoothing curves and edges, and supports single print files up to 10GB for large-scale projects. From textures to figurines and jewelry engravings, results stay sharp for miniature sculptors and jewelry designers.

Cold rooms and high-viscosity resins need steady temperature control. Revo MAX combines dual-heat chamber with an optional heated resin vat to regulate temperature, while smart detection catches drops for reliable prints.
Standard: Dual-Heat Chamber
The dual-fan chamber heater reaches 30°C in just 5 minutes*, helping cold-climate region users keep resin stable from the start of every print.
Add-On: Heated Resin Vat
The optional heated resin vat stabilizes resin flow, helping professionals print high-viscosity engineering resins with more consistent results.
*Measured at 25°C ambient with an empty chamber. Actual warm-up time varies with room temperature.
What slows your workflow down usually isn't print time, it's the constant refills and material swaps. Revo MAX solves both with a bigger resin vat and quick-release film.
Traditional film swaps can take up to 30 minutes, aligning holes and screwing them in. Revo MAX's quick-release design on all four sides gets it done in 3 minutes instead. Less maintenance, more printing.
The 2L resin vat holds approximately 2.5 bottles in a single fill, so long or overnight prints need less refilling. No resin-feeder, no extra pumps or tubing, just a simpler setup.*
*Actual bottle count may vary by resin density. The 2.5-bottle estimate is based on Aqua Hyperfine Resin (Graphite Gray).
An all-metal build plate, upgraded for easier removal, drainage, and cleanup, for simpler and smoother handling.

Removal
The snap-lock latch means no unscrewing when removing or reinstalling the build plate. Large handles on both sides keep the plate steady and secure in hand.
Drainage
The build plate hangs directly inside the machine to drain. Resin drips back into the vat, while the lid can still close normally.
From hardware safeguards to system alerts, Revo MAX catches common print risks at every layer.
A Z-axis guard, tempered glass over the LCD, and a raised base help block resin spills and keep them from seeping into the machine.
If there is a sudden power loss, you will get an alert. Once power returns, printing resumes from where it left off, reducing the risk of reprinting.
Get alerts for print failures and temperature drops, with tracking for Z-axis maintenance, LCD, and release film lifetime, keeping you informed.
*Note: Minor layer lines left after a print resumes can be smoothed out with light sanding.
Leveling, guided setup, and exposure testing are all built into the screen, so even first-time users can get it right the first time.

Pressure and color indicators mark all four corners, precise adjustments made simple.
Horizontal, low-quality cameras blur the view, leaving blind spots hiding failures. Revo MAX's 1080p vertical camera keeps detail sharp, letting you check long or overnight prints from anywhere without walking to the printer.
Snapshots and time-lapse footage can look dim and color-shifted. Zero-UV LEDs light the chamber evenly without affecting curing, and AI color correction fixes color shift so footage matches the model's true color.
The Phrozen GO App lets you control prints and check the live camera from your phone. You can also review or share time-lapse videos after printing. Error notifications, material reminders, and multi-machine management are all handled from the same app.
